Happy Birthday Eyrlin!!! Happy Birth to me!!!
Eyrlin and I celebrated our big day together. I was doing the Mother's Day deal and Eyrlin was turning 3. Pictures to be posted later.
Happy Birthday
Eyrlin manged to accept the dead cat we got her. It was a great birthday.
I remember the birth of my first little girl. I went to the doctor 3 weeks prior to her due date, I was at a four and he sent me to the hospital. It didn't take long for her to come into this world. While we were waiting, we tried deciding on her name Ireland, Irelyn, Irelin, when someone mentioned spelling it like President Eyring. Eyrlin it was.
This little girl is not afraid to love and I appreciate that spirit she has. Eyrlin can talk for hours and when you spend long hours in the kitchen it makes for great company, even if it's all about princess. She is the peacemaker in the home. If the boys are fighting over who is not playing with who, Eyrlin will quickly offer to play with the left out brother. Eyrlin loves her dad a lot and he always manages to land the role of prince charming. John is so kind and gentle with her and she is so blessed to have a father like that.
Eyrlin, you are an amazing little girl with so much to offer the world. Don't be quick to grow up, but enjoy life like you do today. Don't ever stop loving so openly to those around you. Smile Always. Know that you are a daughter of God and he loves you. Know of your Divine role in life and live life knowing that. I love you and I am so grateful for you.

What a tender post! Eyrlin sounds like such a sweetie pie. I love the dead cat thing. Kids have the most unique perspective on the world! So how far apart are she and Broden?
Happy Birthday to the two of you!!!
I'm glad she had a great birthday. I totally get you with the cat thing, but we were suckers and gave into Carlaya. I wouldn't have PAID for a cat. But jonathan's little sister's cat had kittens that we saw every couple weekends in Utah and meanwhile they were begging us to take one off their hands. So it was Harder to say no. But yeah- we're ANAL and that cat is an outdoor cat. I don't care how hot it gets, she'll find shade it need be. LOL
When it's over 105-110 we'll let her come in and lay ONLY ON THE TILE- to cool off. She is black ya know. But no furniture- no carpet, no upstairs!! She minds well and overall hasn't been that bad. Carlaya feeds her every day herself! :) That's the good side.
But just be lucky you only had to get a dead one! LOL
Happy birthdays!
