The Air Show is one of our favorite things to do. We have made it to 2 at Luke Air force Base and now 2 here at Nellis.
This year it has become our least favorite. Here was the problem; 1 hour in line, 5 minute bus ride, no sunscreen, kids crying, 5 minute bus ride back, 10 minute walk to our car
In our 30 minutes of being there, We walked through a plane, bought sunscreen for $8.50, fed Broden, and all the kids cried. John and I looked at each other and just laughed. I handed him the camera and said "Well, at least get some pictures."
So here we are at the Air Show

The things we do for our children:) I've wanted to say now sit down, stop crying and by golly have fun! Turns out sometimes they'd rather just stay home in their undies playing candy land but hey we try. E for effort!
You gave it your best shot kiddo, that's all you can do. Maybe someday they'll appreciate the wonderful self sacrificing parents they have been blessed with. . .
You definately have to treasure days like that. I'm so glad you could laugh at it!!
I love air shows!!! Hey I think thats what makes it all fun....The kids won't remember how it really was and the pictures are super cute!
Sounds like a fun adventure. Maybe next years will be better.
Sounds like a truely exciting day...good thing there'll be many more like them. :)
