ALERT! ALERT! I HAVE UPDATED MY BLOG

I Know I am overdue for this update, but I am busy! Super busy! Ok, maybe not, maybe just super lazy. Anyway, here it is. ENJOY!

Halloween

That’s right, “COME ON DOWN!! You just won A NEW CAR!!” Bob Barker and his loyal contestant made an appearance this Halloween at the annual Christensen Halloween Party. We had so much fun staying in character all night. John was throwing out cars and money and I remained excited about the wins. It was a fun night!

The kiddos. Jax as a ninja, Rylon as a ninja, Eyrlin as a Super Hero, Broden as Superman, and Canon as a frog.

We had a fun night trick-or-treating. We have this deal with the kids that at the end of the night they can eat as much candy as they’d like and in the morning they can trade the rest for something else (toy, book, clothes, etc.). Two of the four traded the candy in and the garbage man hauled it away.

We walked the hood and called it a night! Super exciting!

SCOUTS

My little Jax is not so little anymore. Recently, he moved from Wolf to Bear and received his Wolf patch. Below are the highlights of the award.

Oh. Wait. That’s not a picture of Jax receiving his award. Nor is that any of my family members. Oh yes. This is Eric brushing up on his photography skills. But poor Marci, she must have been  “TOTALLY INNOCENT”. But wait. Is she posing for the camera? I believe she is posing for the camera. Hmmm!! Well, it’s a good thing this family is totally legit!

Anyway, we are all doing awesome! More excitement coming in the future months, so stay tuned. You never know when Marci will be a guest appearance on my blog again.
