Silence…Kind of…

Well, I finally have a moment to blog. Kids are playing with their cousins upstairs, Canon is asleep and housework still sits. Perfect time for blogging if you ask me.

My month has been pretty awesome so far and I look forward to another awesome week.

Womens Conference – I love Pres. Monson. I always get a little chuckle when he refers to himself as Tommy, am I the only one? I loved several quotes from this conference.

“If you judge people, you have no time to love them.” Mother Teresa

“In a hundred small ways, all of you wear the mantle of charity. Life is perfect for none of us. Rather than being judgmental and critical of each other, may we have the pure love of Christ for our fellow travelers in this journey through life. May we recognize that each one is doing her best to deal with the challenges which come her way, and may we strive to do our best to help out.” Pres. Monson

I am a LOVER for sure and in a hundred small ways I wear the mantle of charity. So what am I doing with the mantle I have?? That was what I wrote in my little margin, I think it sums it up.

General Conference – I loved all the talks, I could not pick my favorite. I just appreciated the message of being obedient and having faith.

Stake Conference- I don’t know what it was about stake conference maybe an overload of awesome spiritual strength but I found myself a little emotional (in a good way). It was great!

Then there was my fun little findings around the house

Eyrlin asked me if you could eat faster by using two spoons. I didn’t really respond, I think I just laughed. Well she put it to the test and she got Broden to join her in the experiment.

Eyrlin asking, “Am I fashion?”

My Promo Code…. “I’m sorry what is that code again?” I could see it now.

Rylon with food on his forehead, not sure how it got there. When I told him he had food on his face he thought it was on his upper-lip. How does a kid not feel a chunk of food on his forehead?

We find a lot of joy with just being together!! Baby is awake and the cousins have left back to school it is!! Adios.
