I think the bond between a mother and daughter is so important. I love my little Eyrlin. I have always been the non girly girl and here I am with the girly girl of all girls. I love her little sense of humor and how much she adores her dad.
I love the little conversations about princess. The other day she got some hand me down toys of princess and one prince. She looked at the prince and said, "Mom, I don't want that one he has long hair and looks like a girl." I hope she feels that way about boys until she is 23.
I appreciate the example of my mother/daughter relationship of my mom. There isn't anything I couldn't talk to her about. I look at her as a tremendous example of what a women should be. I hope to become just like her in her acts of kindness, love, and service.
I hope that as Eyrlin gets older that same relationship will exist with us, and that we can continue to laugh about silly things. I feel extremely blessed to have such a great example in my life and a life long relationship with my mother and daughter.

I couldn't help but smile at the picture of you and your mom...so fun!
And I love that my little girl loves to shop with me. She even has opinions. Granted I don't always go with the 7 yr old opinion but we have a fun time together.
