More Snow

Some people eat and some people blog because of stress, well right now I'm doing both.

My precious, handsome, hardworking husband is trying to make his way home to his family, in the SNOW. John has never lived in any state that has snow. He was born and raised in Arizona and served his mission in Florida. I love that he calls me to make sure I'm OK to drive in the snow when I lived in Oregon for 9 years.

Part of me laughs at the thought and part of me is scared to death. Hurry home or don't hurry home, drive slow but not too slow, just be safe.

That's right, IT'S SNOWING AGAIN!!!

I love that my kids freeze their booties off and then beg to bundle up in a blanket.
I love that the smell of hot chocolate .
I love the fresh powder sitting on the cars.
I love that it is the Christmas season and we are enjoying the blessings of it.
I love that I have hats, jackets, shoes, socks, and gloves over flowing in the doorway.
I love that I can finally break open a can of soup.
I love that I can share with my kids the memories of mine in the snow.
I love that the fire is going.
I love that the news has taken over the TV with reports of the beautiful snow fall.
I love that we have an excuse to be sitting at home in our PJ's.
I love it, I love it, I love it!!

I am right there with you on that. I love the snow too. It reminds me of my hometown. This year it really feels like Christmas. I have really missed having a white Christmas.
